Paula Svincek started her Federal service in 1971 in the United States Army and attained the rank of Sergeant in the Military Police Corp. She came to the National Institute of Standards and Technology in 1994 as an Office Administration Clerk in the Advanced Technology Program (ATP). From 1996 to the 2006 she served as the secretary for the Heat Transfer and Alternative Energy Systems Group. During that time, she assisted the Group Leader as Co-Editor of NIST SP 908, "Third International Green Building Conference and Exposition-1996". From 2006 to the present, Paula has served as the Division Secretary of the Building Environment Division and as the Group Secretary for the Computer Integrated Building Processes Group. |
